Who we are
HumeCare+ is a US telehealth weight-management membership operated by Hume Health Care LLC. We connect adults with licensed US clinicians through a secure online assessment. When a clinician decides treatment is right for a member, we deliver it to their door and support them throughout their membership.

Members complete a secure online assessment that is reviewed by a licensed US clinician.
Home delivery
When treatment is part of a member's plan, it is shipped to their home in the United States.
